Innovative Window solutions has completed supply and installation on a stunning new two-storey residential project in Eastern Beach, Geelong. Our residential aluminium doors and windows have been designed to allow the property owners to enhance, maximise and capture their spectacular views over the beautiful Geelong foreshore and Corio Bay.
Customised aluminium sliding doors provide ventilation and easy access to their outside alfresco entertaining areas and allowing natural light to flow through into the living areas. Centreglaze Double Glazed framing has been installed in a Sable Matt Black finish and door hardware in Custom Black to complement the framing and interior finishes.
The sliding door leading out onto the front entertaining area is a top-hung E3 door complete with Centor retractable flyscreen on the internal side. We also installed a FlowTHRU Raintrak threshold drainage system to maximise removal of water during rain events or cleaning which may impact the balcony flooring area.
Sliding and sashless windows were installed to meet architectural design requirements. Glass is 24mm IGU 6mm tough with grey tint on the external surface and clear on the internal side. This will assist with required energy ratings due to natural environmental conditions that may be experienced during various seasons in the Geelong region.
As you can see from the pictures in our gallery below, the finished project is both stylish and functional, meeting architectural and aesthetic requirements.
