We have begun installation of IWS manufactured aluminium windows and doors under Contract with A.W. Nicholson Pty Ltd at the new Purnell Road Child and Family Centre in Geelong.
Capral 400 and 425 Series frames are being installed, including sub-sills to external windows. Capral 35 Series awning sashes and 225 Series Commercial wide-style hinged doors will also be installed. The frame finish is Dulux DURATEC Zues Timberland. Jalousie louvres with Austview sashless inserts and Dorma automatic doors also feature in the build. CRIMSAFE screens will be installed to all openable sash windows.
A variety of Viridian glass types will be used throughout the building, including 8.76mm Observation Mirror, 6.38mm clear laminate, 8.38mm clear laminate on the circular-shaped windows, 6.38mm ComfortPlus clear and DGU 6.38mm clear laminate/tough.
